More information surrounding announcements to be made at the imminent Tokyo Game Show is trickling out, including news of a microphone peripheral for the PSP, one last PlayStation 2 title from the Gran Turismo crew, and Q Entertainment's latest PSP game. Sony has announced the Talkman, a PSP microphone peripheral to be sold in Japan beginning November 17. The Talkman mic, which plugs into the USB port at the top of the system, will be bundled with speech recognition software that has some translation capabilities, including knowledge of translating between English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. No U.S. release for the Talkman has been announced, but the presence of English in the languages recognized make it a likely bet. Another PlayStation 2 title from Polyphony Digital, creator of the Gran Turismo series, will be on display at the show. Tourist Trophy is another super-realistic driving simulator, though it focuses on motorcycles rather than cars. Like Gran Turismo, the game will feature realistic handling and physics, and the vehicle models will be referenced from actual bike and equipment manufacturers. Motorcycle enthusiast Takamasa Shichisawa will direct the project. Finally, the new PSP project from Q Entertainment has been confirmed: Every Extend Extra, an enhanced PSP port of doujin PC shooter Every Extend. Q Entertainment’s version of the game will feature a licensed soundtrack and fuse the music with the gameplay, which the game's website describes as a "'Suicidal explosion game with new feelings. Blow up self to involve enemies!"
